DuetFlow collects no data. In the App Store’s privacy details, that is “Data Not Collected.” This page covers the DuetFlow app on Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Where your tasks are stored
Your tasks stay on your own devices and in your own iCloud account, using Apple’s CloudKit. DuetFlow has no account system and no server of its own, so nothing is sent to us.
Shared tasks live in your household’s iCloud share. Only the people you invite to your household can see them.
What DuetFlow does not do
- No analytics.
- No tracking.
- No ads.
- No third-party SDKs.
Optional features on the Mac
On the Mac, you can turn on an optional AI integration. It runs locally on your Mac, and only after you turn it on. You can also sign DuetFlow in to your own Home Assistant to fetch a to-do list; that connection goes straight between your device and Home Assistant. If you connect an AI assistant, the privacy terms of its provider apply to what you share with it.
